Using the site

You can use this site for lawful purposes only. Please don't break the law, try to gain unauthorised access, scrape or republish our content without permission, or interfere with how the site works for other people.

Our content

The articles, tools and calculators here are general information to help you understand where AI can fit your business — not professional, legal or financial advice. Results from AI vary, so nothing here is a guarantee of a specific outcome. Any work we do for you as a client is covered by a separate agreement.

Bookings & payments

You can book a free intro call or a paid consultation through the site. Paid bookings are charged at the price shown at checkout and handled by a secure payment processor.

Money-back guarantee. We want you to book with zero risk. If you attend your consultation and feel it didn't give you clear, useful direction for your business, tell us and we'll refund your payment in full. To keep it fair, the guarantee applies when:

• you attended the session you booked — no-shows, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, aren't refundable, as that time was reserved for you (you're welcome to reschedule once with 24+ hours' notice);
• you request the refund within 7 days of the call; and
• we haven't already carried out further paid work for you based on the consultation.

The guarantee is a genuine “was this useful?” promise — not a way to get the plan and the work for free. One guarantee claim per customer.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, content, logos and the Kelbar name belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use — but not to copy, resell or pass it off as your own.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and online but can't promise it's always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect loss, or loss of profit, data or business, from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other laws that can't be excluded.

Privacy & governing law

Your use of the site is also covered by our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the NZ courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
