What we collect
Only what we need to reply to you and run the site:
- What you give us — your name, email, phone, company and message when you use a form, book a call, or email us.
- Booking details — the info our scheduling tool needs to confirm a call or consultation.
- Basic usage data — things like your IP address, browser and how you move through the site, to keep it working.
How we use it
To reply to you, run calls and projects, and improve the site and our content. We never sell your information.
Cookies & analytics
We use a few essential cookies to keep the site working. If we later add analytics or advertising (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta/Facebook pixel), we'll use cookies for that too — and we'll show a cookie notice so you can choose what to allow. You can block or delete cookies anytime in your browser.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We only share it with the providers that help us run the business — website hosting, our booking tool, our payment processor (for paid consultations; we never see your card details), and email/analytics tools — and only as far as they need it, or where the law requires.
Storage & security
Your data may be stored on servers outside New Zealand, including with those providers. We take reasonable steps to keep it safe, though no online service is ever 100% secure.
Your rights
